Online learning provides opportunity for quality education

The last place anyone should experience fear and anxiety is in school. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me at my local brick-and-mortar school, even before COVID-19. That’s why I chose to move to an online school at Destinations Career Academy of Oregon (ORDCA).

Online school gives me the opportunity to learn from home without the extra anxiety I endured in the brick-and-mortar school. I can adapt my classes to my learning pace and style so that I can focus without distractions. My education has always been important to me, and thanks to the classes offered at ORDCA, I feel prepared to attend community college this fall. I’ve had the opportunity to take classes in a business pathway throughout high school and the knowledge is putting me on track for college and a future career.

There isn’t a learning environment that works for every student. That’s why having school options is important.

With online school, I have the chance to learn in a safe environment without the extra pressure and distractions that I experienced before. Without online learning, I wouldn’t have the quality education every student deserves.
