Nepris connects teachers and students with industry experts, virtually. Using Nepris, teachers at select Destination Career Academies are able to set up guest speaker events that provide students with a firsthand look at what it's like to work in particular occupations or companies. We plan to roll out Nepris to more schools in the coming years.
International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) represents workers in a host of industries, ranging from construction to health care to petrochemical. In Wisconsin, the IUOE has created custom curriculum to prepare students for apprenticeship programs.
